As a writer, filmmaker, teacher, and healing professional, Simcha is an innovator and trailblazer. As a producer of Jewish educational media, his credits include the original satellite television broadcasts of the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s public appearances, the world's first multimedia Chanukah website and global web event, as well as videos and radiodramas that have entertained and enlightened a generation. Simcha is also an accomplished teacher and translator of primary sources in Jewish mysticism, conducting inspirational classes and workshops in Jewish meditation, applied Chassidic philosophy, and personal growth. He has served as Director of the renowned Ivy League Torah Study Program in its formative years, and as a writer and communications consultant for diverse Jewish educational organizations around the world.

Simcha's clinical practice (he has been a Licensed Acupuncturist and board-certified Herbalist since 2001, and has taught Chinese medicine in some of America's foremost graduate schools) emphasizes the integration of physical healing with the full spectrum of experience - behavior, emotion, intellect, and faith. He sees the inner spiritual dimension of Torah as the source of all truly effective medical modalities, and the foundation of human health and wellness.
